Eight questions and eight answers

01Do I have to be technical to use it?

No. I set it up so that it runs on its own and hand you a plain set of instructions. You just do your work; the technology is my part.

02How does the consultation work?

Online or in person, whichever suits you. It takes 30 minutes at most. You describe what slows you down, I ask questions, and at the end I say whether it can be automated or that it would not pay off. Prepare nothing; knowing your own operation is enough.

03How long does a rollout take?

A smaller automation usually goes live within a few weeks; for a more complex one, count on a month. Sometimes longer, when we are waiting for access or for data from your side. You get the exact deadline from the analysis, not as a guess over the phone.

04What does it cost?

The first consultation is free. For a presentation website you get the price straight from it, without a paid analysis. For automation, AI and web apps an analysis follows, from 10,000 CZK depending on complexity, and it is where you learn the price before I start anything. Roughly: a presentation website from 15,000 CZK, automation and AI from 25,000 CZK, a web app from 50,000 CZK. Optional support is from 2,500 CZK a month.

05Why is the analysis paid for?

Because real work goes into it: I go through your operation, find out everything that has to be done, and calculate a price I then hold to. Without it I would have to give you either a guess or a price with a large safety margin. The output is a document and it is yours, even if you do not continue with me or have the solution built elsewhere. For presentation websites I do not do an analysis; there I give you the price right after the consultation. For a web app I do: once a site has logins, stores its own data or handles roles and permissions, the scope cannot be estimated in a half-hour call.

06What if the automation breaks?

That is why I also offer ongoing support. When something changes, for instance a tool ships an update, I fix it so that it keeps running for you.

07Will my data stay safe?

I take it seriously. The data stays in your systems, I do not copy it to myself, and the automation can be switched off at any time. Where a task genuinely requires sending part of the data to a supplier, typically an AI model, I say so in advance, we go through exactly what, and I choose a supplier that does not train on your data. All of it in line with the GDPR.

08Do you only work with large companies?

No, the opposite. I aim at sole traders and smaller companies, the ones a large agency does not pay off for.
