The program reads the amount, the date, the supplier and the line items out of a document and passes them into accounting or a spreadsheet. You only check what does not add up.

It answers from your own material, not from the internet. It suits internal questions of the kind where do we keep it, what did we promise, what is the price for this customer.

I choose the model by the task and by how sensitive the data is. A simple job needs one step in a workflow; a harder one gets an agent that plans its own sequence. Where it can be done, processing stays in the EU. What goes where is something we go through in the analysis.

The consultation is free. The analysis starts at 10,000 CZK depending on complexity. With AI the analysis also includes a test on your real data, so you know how accurate it is before you decide.

The timeline and where it comes from
Simpler rollouts take weeks. For document extraction count on a month or more, because it is tuned and verified on your own samples.

- 01Will the AI make things up?
- It can, which is why I only use it on tasks where the output can be checked against a source. With document extraction the value is matched against the original; with an assistant the answer comes from your own material with a link to the source. Where checking is not possible, I do not use AI.
- 02Where does our data go?
- Only what the task needs goes to the model, and we go through it beforehand. Where it can be done, I choose processing in the EU and a supplier that does not train on your data. All of it is handled in line with the GDPR.
- 03How accurate is it?
- We measure it on your data during the analysis. You get a number, not a promise. If the accuracy is not enough for your process, I will say so and I will not deploy it.
- 04Will it replace employees?
- I aim at tasks, not at people. Usually I take away retyping and sorting so that the same people have time for work a machine will not do.
